Ideal for orange cheesecake, chocolate cakes and orange tarts, as well as to enjoy with coffee. Perfect complement to macarons.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chilli

Ideal to use with tasting different types of bread, cornbread or rye bread, as an aperitif, in tasting with salty and vegan crackers, fresh rye bread, wholemeal bread, cereal bread, carob bread or sunflower bread. Also use on a cheese and smoked board. Ideal for dressing fresh gourmet salads, vegan salads and chicken salads. Used in Mediterranean food and ideal for vegans.

Blueberry Liqueur

It can be drunk on its own or incorporated into different cocktails, combining well in caipirinhas. It should be drunk fresh.

This liqueur can be drunk on its own in the winter months. In the warmer months, we suggest drinking it cool. It is an excellent digestive. It can be used in the preparation of cocktails, as well as in cakes, cookies and ice cream. It can be an excellent ally at a medicinal level due to its antioxidant properties.

Orange (40,1%), white chocolate (20%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whlole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, iyokan (0,5%), yuzu (0,5%) gelling agent (pectin) and lemon juice. May contain traces of milk. Prepared with 40,1 g of fruits per 100g.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chilli

Extra virgin olive oil (95.8%), dried chilli (4,2%). Max. acidity: 0.2%.

Varieties: Cobrançosa and Galega. Cold extracted product. Origin: Portugal.

Blueberry Liqueur

Wine brandy, blueberry, water and sugar. 20% Alc./Vol.

Green tea, rose’s petals, papaya, citrus flavour, and red fruits flavour.

Preparation: time 3-4 min, temperature 75 °C and dosage 3 g for 150 ml. Filter and serve to taste.
