Suggested Use
Ideal for goat, sheep, cow, island cheese, brie, cheddar, curd and fresh cheeses. We have selected some of the most appreciated cheeses in Portugal, Serra da Estrela Ovelha Cheese (PDO), Azeitão Sheep Cheese (PDO), Queijo de Ovelha de Serpa (PDO), Queijo de Cabra Transmontano (PDO< /abbr>), Beef Cheese from S. Jorge Island, in the Azores (PDO), Fresh Beef Cheese from Castelo Branco or the traditional Sheep Requeijão or Goat of Beira Baixa (PDO).

Ideal for spreading sunflower seed cereal toast or macaron fillings.

Ideal accompaniment to cheeses, Cheese from the Island of S. Jorge, Azores (PDO), “Roncari” Cheese – Blue (PDO), “Roquefort“ Cheese (PDO), Cheese (Blue) - “Le Bleu d'Auvergne“ (PDO ), “Pecorino“ cheese (PDO), “Gournay” cheese, “Mozzarella” cheese, salads, chicken, pork and veal dishes.
