Description
Buttery cheese made from sheep's milk. Very smooth and delicious, it is recognized for its buttery texture, characteristic aroma and intense flavor. It is ideal to consume spreaded on a toast, in a piece of regional bread or accompanied with jam.
It is recommended to taste it sliced and at room temperature.
Suggested Use
Queijo Vale da Beira, is a semi-soft paste product, obtained by coagulating and draining whole raw sheep's milk, by mixed fermentation, enzymatic and lactic, with the addition of rennet and subjected to a curing process that causes changes chemical, physical and organoleptic of the same.
