Description
Region: Lisbon/Bucelas/Colares
Grape varieties: Aragonês and Castelão
Vinification: Mechanical treading, alcoholic fermentation in 12-ton amphorae with temperature control and complete tanning and light aging.
Tasting Notes: Intimista Red fermented with total maceration in low-capacity vats, it resulted in a wine with an aroma of very ripe red fruit, in the mouth it is wide and with character.
- Color: Garnet
- Aroma: Dried fruit.
- Mouth: Harmonious and balanced. Pairs well with meat, particularly roasts.
Serving Temperature: 16ºC - 17ºC
Conservation: Bottles placed away from light in a place with humidity between 65-70% and constant temperature between 12-14ºC. This wine will evolve positively over the next 10 years.
