Orange Blossom Honey with Chilli
Description
This soft and shimmering honey, with a golden tone, is mixed with dehydrated Chilli that brings to the honey a spicy flavour that contrasts with the sweet taste, typical in the orange blossom honey.
We have selected the smoothest honey from orange blossom in Algarve. A clearer and smoother honey than Rosmaninho and characterized by its accentuated acidity. The chilli, with an intense red color, is a spice with a pungent, pungent flavor.
A unique mix, which results in a unique and surprisingly pleasant product, for those who enjoy an unexpected taste experience.

To taste with shrimp kebabs with mango, honey and garlic sauce for grilled meats, honey mustard sauce, sauce for samosas, pork medallions with orange and mango, slow cooker chicken with orange and sesame seeds, orange soup and carrots, spinach salad, pineapple cocktail, hamburgers. Try it with blue cheeses and fresh goat cheeses.

Use as a sweetener for tea, coffee or milk, or as a topping for natural yoghurts, cured and fresh cheeses, pancakes, crepes or scones.

Origin of raw materials
We have selected the smoothest honey from orange blossom in Algarve. A clearer and smoother honey than Rosmaninho and characterized by its accentuated acidity.
The chilli, of intense red color, is a spice with a pungent flavor. The spiciness of the seeds, due to the presence of capsaicin (the active ingredient in pepper) is acrid, locally causing rapid and energetic stimulation.
Organic honey is a product that has been subject to production rules, which require the breed to be indigenous and adapted to local conditions, the choice of installation of the apiaries must have access to water and sources of nectar, from MPB cultures or spontaneous vegetation, and comply with the distances to sources of contamination.
