Handcrafted, without additives or preservatives

Our fruit jams, chocolate spreads, and olive pastes are handcrafted, in batches of no more than 40kg, using seasonal fruits.

With over 55% fresh fruit, no added additives or preservatives, and a reduced amount of sugar, we maintain and preserve traditional production methods.

The fruits are prepared manually, as are the ingredient mixtures, and are made in aluminum pans, mixed by hand, resulting in flavors reminiscent of the jams made by our grandparents.
