The origin of our raw materials
In the production of our artisanal fruit jams, chocolate spreads, olive pastes and sauces, we use raw materials, ingredients from various regions of Portugal, fruits with a protected designation of origin (PDO) or protected geographical indication (PGI), seasonal fruits and ingredients produced organically or organically, supporting local producers and regional cooperatives.

Artisanal, without the use of additives and preservatives
Our fruit jams, chocolate spreads and olive pastes are prepared by hand, in productions weighing a maximum of 40 kg, with seasonal fruits.
Containing more than 55% of fresh fruit, without adding additives and preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional production methods.
The fruits are prepared manually , as well as the mixtures of ingredients and made in aluminum pans, mixed by hand, creating flavors that remind us of the sweets produced by our grandparents.
