This pack is made up of three different types of olive oil from Portugal, each with a different intensity of flavor:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic Light Green - 60ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Green Medium – 60 ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Green Intense – 60 ml
Starting with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic Light Green, with aromas reminiscent of ripe fruits and herbaceous sensations, it is a sweet oil in the mouth, with a slight bitterness and spice. This oil is obtained directly from olives by mechanical processes, and has an acidity ≤ 0.3. The varieties used for its production are Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdeal. This olive oil is cold extracted and must be stored in a cool place, protected from light.
The second olive oil in the pack is Extra Virgin Olive Oil Green Medium, which presents fresh and balanced aromas of green fruits and herbaceous sensations. In the mouth, it is an olive oil with medium sensations of sweet, bitter and spicy. It is also a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives by mechanical processes, with acidity ≤ 0.3 and the Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdeal varieties. This olive oil is also cold extracted and must be stored in a cool place away from light.
Finally, we have Extra Virgin Olive Oil Green Intense, which presents very fresh aromas of green fruits and herbaceous sensations, with intense bitter and spicy sensations in the mouth. This olive oil is also of a superior category, obtained directly from olives by mechanical processes, with acidity ≤ 0.3 and the Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdeal varieties. It is extracted cold and must be stored in a cool place, protected from light.
