Our fruit jams are made with carefully selected fruits from local producers, with a preference for organic fruits and with a protected designation of origin (DOP), guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the product.

With more than 25 flavors available, including options for vegans, gluten-free and lactose-free, our gourmet jams in tubes have been awarded on several occasions for their taste and innovation.

Handcrafted in batches of up to 40kg, our fruit jams are made with more than 55% fruit, without additives or preservatives, with a reduced amount of sugar and using traditional methods.

The packaging is practical and hygienic, easy to use and transport, without the need to use a spoon. In addition, they are opaque, reducing contact with light and air after opening, increasing the product's useful life.

The tube is made with over 99.7% infinitely recycled aluminum, which makes disposal sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Easy to spread, ideal for spreading on oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate chip cookies, grain bread, wholegrain toast, vegan cookies, and for chocolate cakes with chocolate cream fillings. It goes well with vinaigrettes for salads, appetizers with ham and smoked foods, toppings for ice cream or yogurt, and as a filling and topping for cakes, especially chocolate cakes, whipped cream and Panna cotta pies. Ideal for preparing a cocktail by combining it with vodka, gin and rum.

Bravo de Esmolfe Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon

Easy to spread, ideal with oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate chip cookies, grain bread, wholegrain toast, vegan cookies, pancakes, crepes, waffles, desserts. It goes well with cured cheeses, Queijo de Serpa (PDO), “Tetilla” cheese (PDO), “Comté” cheese (PDO) and “Grana Padano” cheese (PDO).
