The kit includes practical and easy-to-use containers, without the need for a spoon, which are more hygienic and easy to transport. The packaging is made with more than 99.7% infinitely recycled aluminum, without losing quality and without the need to extract more natural resources. After opening, the products must be stored in the refrigerator.

The kit is a great way to experience some of the best gourmet flavors in Portugal. Each product has a different history and origin, such as Pineapple from the Azores PDO from São Miguel Island Azores Portugal, Orange from the Algarve - Citrus from the Algarve PGI - Algarve Portugal and Negrinha do Douro Olive PDO from the Douro Valley in Portugal.

The São Tomé dark chocolate included in chocolate spreads has an interesting history, as the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe was discovered in 1470 by Portuguese navigators João de Santarém and Pedro Escobar. São Tomé was a Portuguese colony until July 12, 1975, when the islands gained independence. Cocoa is another point that unites these two countries, since it was Portugal that introduced these plantations to the islands. São Tomé ended up being known as the "Cocoa Island".

The products in this kit are perfect for accompanying cheeses, sauces for red meats, salads, appetizers and desserts. This gourmet kit is an excellent option to celebrate Easter with unique and delicious flavors.

Ideal to accompany cured cheeses (Serra de Estrela Cheese PDO, “Leyden“ Cheese or Manchevo Cheese), fresh cheeses, curd, such as Beira Baixa Curd Cheese PDO, desserts, toasts and scones.

Galega Green Olive Paste with dry figs

Ideal in a slice of cornbread, Avintes bread, toasted bread or various types of fresh cereal bread. Use as an aperitif, in vegetarian salads, fruit salads, salmon salads, chicken salads, in seaweed toasts, or as a filling or accompaniment to meat and pasta dishes.

Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices

Ideal for cereal bread, fresh cereal bread and other types of bread, corn and rye bread, vegan crackers, wasabi or goat cheese and Swiss chard toast. Use in game dishes, to season salads such as couscous salad and Greek salad, vegetarian salads, and pasta, or to spread with cream cheese. Use as an aperitif.

Red Pepper Chutney

Ideal as a sauce for red meats, salads, cured cheeses, appetizers, fresh shredded or roasted cod appetizers, sushi; to accompany with poultry, pork and beef.
