The Duke variety blueberries, cultivated on our farm, stand out for their large size, firm texture, and vibrant blue-purple color. Vanilla, sourced from orchid pods, adds aromatic smoothness and an exotic touch, while Port wine, aged in wooden casks in the Douro region, enriches the profile with notes of dried fruits, coffee, chocolate, and spiced honey. Their deep color, which varies from blue to black to purple, is covered by a delicate whitish-gray bloom that acts as a natural protective layer and gives the fruit its distinctive sheen. The semi-translucent pulp, rich in tiny seeds, offers a fresh flavor that is slightly tart yet naturally sweet. Blueberries are considered one of the healthiest berries in the world, prized for their richness in antioxidants and vitamins.
