The cheeses in this range are the origin of Dom Villas. Born directly in the heart of Minho, this is the genuine cheese derived from cow's milk. Its recipe, from the time of our grandparents, has been developed over the years, to offer you a product of rare quality combined with an intense flavor.
Suggested Use
It is recommended to taste it sliced and at room temperature.

Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, egg lysozyme and lactic ferments.
