Grapes: Tinta Roriz,. Touriga Franca
Vinification: Manual harvest. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats and stopped by the addition of wine spirit according to the traditional process. Aging in oak casks. Blend of different batches with an average age of 7 years.
Winemaker: José Manuel Sousa Soares
Tasting Notes: Amber color with reddish tinges. Very clean aroma, beautiful notes of dried fruits (figs, hazelnut) with a touch of wild berries in jam and honey. The mouth confirms the dried fruits in a round, voluminous, soft and velvety, complex and fresh, balanced set. Sweet, long and persistent finish.
