Ingredients
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 1 pod of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of Rum
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice (ou lemon)
- 250 ml of vegetable drink (as drink of soy)
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Sunflower oil (for frying)
- 150g of Passion Fruit Extra Jam with Ginger
Method of preparation:
- Start by cutting the pod of vanilla in half, lengthwise, and with a knife scrape the seeds from the inside. In a pan, mix the coconut milk with the vanilla seeds, the rum and the lime and heat over medium heat;
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the vegetable drink with the corn starch and sugar and stir well with a wire rod;
- Add this mixture to the pan and stir constantly with a wire rod until it thickens;
- Pour the mixture into glasses of glass and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours;
- Cover the panna cottas with a generous layer of Passion Fruit Extra Jam with Ginger and finish with coconut flakes and mint leaves!
