Kiwi Cocktail with Dry White Port Wine

Cocktail de Kiwi com Vinho do Porto Dry White

Prepared based on internationally famous Port Wine Dry White, this is one of our favorite cocktails. Kiwi, a refreshing fruit, intensely acidic, combined with the sweetness of vanilla, gives this cocktail a richness on the palate, which makes it very popular as an aperitif or digestive.

Method of preparation:

  1. 2 counts of vanilla syrup in the shaker cup;
  2. Cut half lime and squeeze into the glass (along with the vanilla syrup;
  3. Add the Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®.;
  4. Juntar 8cl of Port Wine Dry White;
  5. Add half a glass of ice.
  6. Shake.
  7. Pour in the glass of glass and stretch with sparkling water;
  8. Garnish with Kiwi in the glass (without peel).
