Method of preparation:

  1. Boil water and in a saucepan put the same amount of water for the same amount of couscous;
  2. Cover with cling film for 10 minutes;
  3. Chop the pepper, cucumber, tomato and mint, add salt and pepper and juice of lemon, combine with virgin olive oil;
  4. Finish with the Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®;
  5. Decorate in a glass with chard leaves and aromatic herbs and Mango Chutney meia.dúzia®.
