  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon of corn starch
  • 2dl of milk
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon peel


Method of preparation:

  1. Combine all the cream ingredients in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil and let it thicken, stirring constantly;
  2. Put the custard in a bowl;
  3. Mix the Port Wine with the strawberry jam and cover the cream;
  4. Decorate with the strawberries and the Strawberry Extra Jam with Port Wine and Chilli da meia.dúzia®.
