Topping with strawberry jam with port wine and chilli pepper complements with a fusion of slightly spicy warm flavours. Method of preparation:

  1. Toast one slice of bread;
  2. Break half of an avocado into a bowl and mix with salt, pepper and juice of lemon until you create a paste texture;
