Suspiros com Frutos Vermelhos e Doce de Kiwi com Moscatel do Douro

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150º;
  2. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Whisking constantly, add the sugar until the mixture is firm and homogeneous. Then add the lemon zest and beat some more;
  3. Grease the tray with butter and, with the help of a spoon, place the dough on it (to avoid merging the suspiros, you should leave a margin of a few centimeters between them);
  4. Take it to the oven, preheated to 150º and let it cook for about 45min (until the suspiros are slightly golden);
  5. Once cooked, turn off the oven and let it cool with the door slightly open, without removing the suspiros;
  6. Once cool, place on a plate and decorate to taste with the red fruits and the Kiwi Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®.
