Ingredients
- 80 g of sausage
- 300 g of flour (plus enough to dust the countertop)
- 0,7 dl of water
- 40 g of margarine (vegetal)
- 1 roll (200 g) of chèvre cheese
- 1 tube 75 g of ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- Turn on the oven in advance and set it to 180ºC;
- Skin the sausage, cut into cubes and chop in a food processor. Add the flour and mix well;
- Add the vegetable margarine, cut into pieces, and turn the “robot” back on until the mixture looks like sand;
- Add the water and turn the “robot” on again in the same function until the ingredients are connected;
- Transfer the dough to the counter, mold into a ball and let it rest for about 30 minutes
- Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and of flour, and cut into slices about 10 cm in diameter with the help of a cup or mold. Place the slices of dough on the oven tray lined with parchment paper;
- Prick the dough with a fork and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes;
- Meanwhile, remove the chèvre roll from the fridge and cut it into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Book back in the fridge;
- When the dough is cooked, remove the tray from the oven, increase the temperature to 200 °C with the grill function;
- Spread the rounds of dough with the ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel and place the slices of chèvre cheese on top and put it back in the oven until the cheese honeyts a little. serve immediately;
- Serve with a salad of various lettuces, drizzled with a vinaigrette dressing;
