Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 75g lard
- 125ml water
- 3g salt
- Brandy to taste
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tube of Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almonds meia.dúzia®
Method of preparation:
- ;
- Introduce the remaining elements individually until a homogeneous mass is obtained;
- bring to the fire the Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almonds meia.dúzia® until it thickens.
Assembly:
- Stretch the dough, with a metal ring of about 7 cm of diameter to make circles of dough;
- Knead the flour with the lard, add the water gradually and knead;
- put the stuffing of Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almonds meia.dúzia®, fold and with the rim, cut in the shape of a pillow;
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes;
- Fry in very hot oil and pass through powdered sugar;
