Bruschetta with Mozzarella Cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chili

Bruschettas com Queijo Mozzarella e Azeite Virgem Extra com Malagueta

An Italian recipe for bruschetta with Mozzarella cheese, with the very Portuguese touch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Malagueta.

Method of preparation:

  1. Start by Preheating the oven to 180º;
  2. Then cut the baguette into slices;
  3. Spread the slices with garlic butter;
  4. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes;
  5. Remove the slices and place 1 slice of tomato on each slice;
  6. Season with a pinch of salt;
  7. Top with generous slices of Buffalo Mozzarella;
  8. Add some black pepper;
  9. Drizzle with a thread of Olive Oil with Chilli and sprinkle with oregano;
  10. end in oven until the cheese is melted;
