An amazing recipe with chicken and mango chutney and ginger.

Ingredients
- 4 big chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 100 gr of salted butted (in cubes)
- Mango Chutney with Ginger by meia.dúzia®
- 1 lime
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- On a baking tray, place the chicken breasts. Season them on both sides with salt, pepper, lime juice and sliced garlic. Place a cube of butter on all the breasts and let it taste for about 15 minutes.;
- Place the chicken breasts in a preheated oven at 190º and let them bake for approximately 35 minutes. When the chicken is cooked and of golden color, remove;
- Serve the chicken breasts cut into slices and place our Mango Chutney with Ginger;
- Accompany with fried potato slices and an arugula salad with walnuts.
