  • 1 duck breast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Sweet and sour orange and ginger sauce

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the duck breast skin.
  2. Season it with crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil;
  3. In a sauté, seal the duck breast starting from the skin side.

Sweet and sour orange and ginger sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
  2. Serve the duck breast laminated with the orange sauce.
