French toast with Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Cinnamon and Almond

French toast is part of many Christmas Eve tables in Portugal, so we created a perfect recipe to enjoy with your family this Christmas.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, put the water to boil together with the brown sugar, the Rosemary Honey with Apple and Cinnamon and the salt for about 5 minutes;
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs;
  3. Cut the bread into slices and pass them through the previous preparation and then through the beaten eggs;
  4. In a pan, with very hot sunflower oil, fry the french toast;
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with Pumpkin and Orange Jam with Rosemary and Eucalyptus Honey, Cinnamon and Almond.
