Ingredients
Cake:
- cucumber
- tomato
- pepper
- onion
- feta cheese
- olive oil
- Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia®
- salt e pepper
- coriande and parsley
Method of preparation:
- Chop all the ingredients into small cubes;
- season with the Negrinha do Douro Olive Paste with Spices meia.dúzia® and salt;
- Add pepper and aromatic herbs, serve in a glass.
