Method of preparation:

  1. Drizzle the cereal bread with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Green Peppercorns meia.dúzia®;
  2. Cut the avocado into slices and place over the bread;
  3. On top put the smoked salmon;
  4. Spread with the mango chutney with spices meia.dúzia® and garnish with the parsley leaves, to taste.
